The Primary Foundation
set we teach is Hun Yuan Qi Gong - energy work of my primary teacher
Grandmaster Ma Bao Guo system at the Real Taoism Studio has both
health and for self defence/ combat application. The application
of the Qi Gong in functianl application takes placein the Hun Yuan
8 Hsing-i Tai Chi Class
Subject to places being available, all beginner's classes are continuous
enrolment and can be joined at any point in term. Classes are small
and informal and the material is structured alongside the research
and development at the studio.
Structure
Ongoing classes are the foundation
upon which you may develop a personalised
practice. In addition attending workshops, retreats or private tuition
are the ideal way to progress in your practise.
Starting
out
the ideal way to experience
the art of Qi Gong is via an introductory workshop, one can if neccessary
join an evening class, or after attending a workshop one can move
into the Hun Yuan Level 1 Qi Gong class which is the entry point
leading to Level 2 work and advanced level work. The Hun Yuan 8
Tai Chi form is the entry level form at the studio,which is progression
and expression of the Hun Yuan Qi Gong.
