Join us for a Hun Yuan Qi Gong practice retreat in Corbiere Hills, Southern France. This unique training experience includes epic views, walks, and practical lineage teachings. I have researched Mind and Body Practices for over four decades. This consists of a practical, in-depth study of Qi/ Nei Gong, Ba Gua Zhang, Tai Chi Chuan, and Hsing-I Chuan.

I teach from the viewpoint of a practitioner and bring all my experience as a Physical performer and a Physical Therapist to the table when I teach, which cuts out any misunderstandings of the Qi Chi aspect of practice.

These retreats are unique in location and teachings. I teach only small groups to help facilitate the best outcomes.

This retreat is perfect for beginners or anyone with former experience in Qi Gong or Tai Chi Chuan/ Internal Arts, meditators, dancers, performers, therapists needing to unwind or even budding Yogi wanting an alternative approach to controlling the body and its energy.

This retreat suits all experience levels, from beginners to those with more advanced body control experience who want to explore the Taoist Energy Arts.  

Hun Yuan Qi Gong directly develops stability and flexibility by activating the whole body whilst encouraging a full range of movement potential. It is a comprehensive and Classically based Qi Gong practice that is powerful and can mitigate age-related conditions, heal injuries, kickstart the immune system and boost your energy.

The Hun Yuan Qi Gong system is a unique blend of the core biomechanics of Tai Chi Chuan and classical Qi Gong. It combines seamless movement and natural breathing to cultivate energy and offers a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Approximately ten places are available, with single rooms and some double rooms for couples.

Investment for this retreat is £1195, including tuition, food, and accommodation. Flights are available from London Stansted to Carcassonne. Early bird discount of £1095 if booked before March 2nd 2025

The retreat venue is 1 hour and 15 minutes south of Carcassonne in the High Corbiere Hills.
