In this retreat, we use standing meditation, Heaven and Earth Qi Gong, and Classical Tai Chi Chuan spine activation to restore the natural flow of energy through the body.

Investment for this retreat is £1195, including tuition, food, & accommodation. Flights are available from London Stansted to Carcassonne. The retreat venue is 1 hour and 15 minutes south of Carcassonne in the High Corbiere Hills. Airport Pick up and Drop off can be arranged for 25 Euros each way.
